Telecom customers have historically been resistant to pay more for services. 5G SA presents many opportunities to innovate new products, segment markets to offer differentiated services and their performance attributes, and a choice of access options. A detailed knowledge of market micro-segments will help position product bundles and combine them with network services to weaken the resistance to pay.
